A fine Sheraton period burr yew tea caddy, inlaid in the top & front with large oval conch sea shells, and in the sides with with elaborate urns.The front corners have inlays of vases with flowers on a green ground. The interior of the lid is lined with green leather. and the interior covers have faux ivory knobs and have the same burr yew veneer & bandings as the exterior.
